Your use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Use of the Service
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Book the Master may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Accounts
To use Book the Master and access its features, the following account-related requirements and responsibilities apply:
Use of Book the Master requires an active subscription. Access to features, tools, and services depends on your selected plan and role (expert, client, or both).
3. Text Messaging
By providing a mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS (text message) notifications from Book the Master related to your account, activity, bookings, payments, security alerts, and platform features. SMS notifications are optional and not required to use the platform.
Message frequency may vary based on your activity and notification preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by adjusting your notification preferences in your account settings. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@bookthemaster.com.
Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability. Book the Master and mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.
SMS notifications are provided as a convenience and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, and proprietary materials are the property of Book the Master or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
5. Limitations of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Book the Master is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of income or revenue, loss of business opportunities, service interruptions, or damages resulting from reliance on information, tools, or features provided through the platform.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or fail to maintain an active subscription in good standing.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, United States.
8. Referral Program
Book the Master may offer a referral program that allows eligible users to earn rewards by inviting new users to the platform. Participation in the referral program constitutes agreement to the following terms.
Referral programs are promotional in nature and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Users may earn referral credit by sharing their personal referral link. In addition, clients may earn referral credit automatically when a new user discovers the platform through a publicly shared job posting and subsequently creates an account and begins a paid subscription.
Referral credits may appear on invoices as a separate credit line item or as an applied account balance. The display and timing of credit application may vary based on billing cycles and payment provider behavior.

9. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
Book the Master uses third-party payment processors to handle subscriptions and payments. We do not store full payment credentials. Payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes, chargebacks, payment disputes, or fees imposed by payment providers. Book the Master reserves the right to suspend or restrict access in response to failed payments or disputed charges.
10. User Content and License
Users retain ownership of content they submit, including profiles, images, videos, messages, job postings, and reviews.
By submitting content, you grant Book the Master a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content solely for operating and promoting the platform.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.
11. Marketplace Role and Responsibility
Book the Master operates as a marketplace platform connecting independent experts and clients. We are not an employer, agent, or contracting party.
All services, agreements, and outcomes are solely the responsibility of the participating users. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the involved parties.
12. Availability, Matching, and Scheduling Tools
Availability calendars, job matching, and notifications are provided as informational tools only. Book the Master does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of matches.
Users are responsible for confirming availability, commitments, and details before engaging in any service arrangement.
13. Reviews and Reputation
Reviews and ratings reflect user opinions and experiences. Book the Master does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of reviews.
Moderation or dispute tools do not imply responsibility for review content.
14. In-App Messaging
In-app messaging facilitates communication between users. Messages are exchanged directly between participants, and Book the Master is not a party to those communications.
Message delivery is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for misunderstandings, losses, or disputes arising from communications.
15. No Professional Advice
Book the Master does not provide legal, financial, instructional, medical, or professional advice. Any guidance, instruction, or information shared by experts or clients through the platform is provided solely by those users.
Users are responsible for evaluating the suitability, safety, and legality of any services, instruction, or engagements arranged through the platform.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Book the Master, its owners, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your content, your services, or your violation of these terms or applicable laws.
17. Dispute Resolution and Venue
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting Book the Master at support@bookthemaster.com.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of the platform, intellectual property infringement, or non-payment of fees.
Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a nationally recognized arbitration provider (such as the American Arbitration Association), and the arbitration shall take place in Arizona, United States, unless otherwise required by law.
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Arizona, United States.
18. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Book the Master regarding use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
